A Crap-tastic Map

here is a crap-tastic map for the M-B-M (check out Frank's flickr pics for an idea of the course conditions!). the computer has been less than helpful so the map is a little rough on details. it should be noted though that the route from Orton to the trailhead is one of just a few routes you could take to get to the footbridge crossing over the Cap City Trail. There will be signage along the trail for important turns etc. Also added is a final lap around Orton Park for a velodrome style finish. YEAH!!!
